Hello I’m trying to log into my Fido App to pay on phone bill , it has been 4 days I've been trying to log into the account with no luck . It just says "sorry we hit a snag check back with us later "

 

I'm in another country"

Are you logged onto a VPN per chance? That may be interfering 

 

If not, try reinstalling the app to see if that helps. We've recently had an update.
