If you go to the history tab on the Fido Xtra section you should be able to retrieve it there.
Thanks for reply, I checked it's not their.
That's strange it should be there anytime you win or get an offer you had to redeem it stays in the history section until the claim period is over.
Do you have more than one line on the account? Maybe you are looking at the wrong line if you do?
