Hi My Samsung S4 keeps shutting down even when the battery is full. And when I go to charge my phone it is at 0% battery life.  Also,, when I click on Mobile Data or use certain applications my phone just shuts off and I have to end up charging my phone.  Should I take it to Samsung for techincial assistance or wait until my contract ends and get a new phone?

You have a battery problem try replacing your battery and it should be good.

Like @KAPABLE-K said, your phone does seem to have a battery problem.

If your phone is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you can bring it to a Fido store to have it sent for repair. Check out the info here.

I am unsure if I have manufacturer's warranty.

Hey @VIDAL!

You are covered by a 12 months manufacturer warranty from the time of purchase.

If you've had your phone for less than a year and it has no physical or liquid damage, you're covered!

I hope this helps. Smiley
