How do I determine if I have PHASE TWO OF ENHANCED 9-1-1 on my phone/plan?

Thank you for your reply, however, I had already read that information, it does not tell me if I have the Basic or Enhanced. Is the level of service based on the wireless provider, local signal or is it phone dependent? (My phone is 5 years old.)

The E9-1-1 (enhanced) is already implemented, phase 2 was rolled out a while ago. Currently whats being worked on for the emergency services is the next-generation (NG9-1-1)
