I got overcharged for going over data limit. turn off data as soon as I got this message from fido saying I am reaching my data limit, still got charged 5 more dollars. can someone help on this, this is ridiculous.

If you were using the data when you got the message, it is possible that you would have gone over. In order to make sure this doesn't happen again, you can always track your data using the app. You might also want to take a look at our current plan as they include Data Overage Protection!
