Question:
I am set up for Automatic payment and I saw my bill was reduced and the payment was taken out of my account now it states I have an overdue balance!
Why would this happen and why would I have not been informed?
Will, there be overdue charges as I was not aware of this..
Any info would be great as I have never had this happen before
