Otp kode from my bank

I used to be able to get texts from my bank in Turkiye, but for the past little while I can't. My bank tells me there is no problem at their end - so Foido- what has caused this problem for me and how can I fix it asap?

If you are unable to send text messages to a short code, or receive text messages from a short code, it may not be available in Canada as short codes need to be applied for and approved by the CWTA. The CWTA maintains the list of approved and active codes. The list is found here. You cannot ask for codes to be added to the list, rather businesses and organizations can contact the CWTA and learn how to apply for a Canadian short code.
