Ordered the Note 9 on the 11th, still no shipment email

Hey community ! I upgraded to the note 9 on the 11th but since then I have been waiting, patiently at first and now not so much. Support told me initially it was on back order, support told me a few days ago my colour and order wasn't on back order and to expect more details and shipment email soon and its the 20th now and I'm still waiting on this phone. I'm a bit bummed out and not very happy.  Anyone else experiencing this ?
