Data not working

My data just seemed to stop working yesterday, and I don't understand why. I'm not out of data or anything, and my text and call still works. What should I do?

Hey @nabeashraf,

 

Sad to see you're experiencing difficulties with your data. Can you confirm if you've tried some of the following troubleshooting?

 

- Did you test a full power-cycle of the device?

- With your Wi-Fi disable and your Mobile Data active, can you launch a browser page and let us know what you see? 

- Has this been happening everywhere you go?
