To whomever who can help me,
I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy S10e on December 30 and am still awaiting an e-mail for the tracking number. From what I know, this phone was not expected to experience long delays in shipment.
Any idea why this order is taking so long to be processed/shipped? I've checked my spam folders and I have not received anything from Fido.

The tracking number should be sent a few days following your order, as soon as the phone ships. It's usually the next business day, however there can be delays that are out of our control such as how much stock of that phone is left.
That said, are you still missing the tracking number? If the phone is out of stock or there are additional delays you would have been notified of this. Did you get any calls from us?
