On Sunday, January 19th I ordered a Samsung A50 online with an upgraded plan. I was told via email that I would receive a confirmation email with a tracking number shortly and that I would receive my phone within five days. My account currently has the updated plan information, but I've heard absolutely nothing about the phone I ordered and I can't seem to contact anyone about it. What's going on here?

I just ordered a upgrade phone yesterday at 4:19 pm I got the email saying thank you for your order and it says my device and sim are being processed but I haven't got the confirmation email with the tracking number yet

The response shipping tracking confirmation is within yet the 5 business days you should receive shipment details Friday or Monday.
I would not worry also due from your account updated plan we can see things are moving and in there way.
If you need to know more about your specific order your agreement that was email to you should provide your referencing order number.
