Hi,

I placed an order online at aorund 9pm to order a new phone and changed to a new plan but haven't received an email confirmation. Wanted to make sure that my order has gone through successfuly.

You should typically receive a confirmation email for your order in the 24 hours following the transaction.

Make sure to also check your junk/spam and promotions folder, just in case!
