Bad experience please never use fido

It first very bad experience in my life. I upgrade my plan last month 137$ This month they sent me 209$ bill to my account. They told me one month ago you had every thing same with this plan. Millwood town Center customer representative told same thing.  Now Isabel customer representative told you have only 500 minutes that’s why charged extra. It’s disgusting, never ever trust on them.
