I recently changed my plan from 6GB (3+3) to the pulse 4GB (2GB+ extra 2GB) for 50$/m. However, in my new contract only 2GB is mentioned. Also shows only 2GB is reflecting in my account online under the the plan details tab. Need your help with this. Thanks.

Did you make your price plan change online or over the phone? If you did it online, the bonus will be applied within the next two months. If you did it over the phone though, it should have been applied right away so if you did it with an agent and don't see the option online, I would suggest you contact us using any of the options you'll find here. Alternatively, we can send you a PM here on the community.
