How do I contact the office of president ? Fido customer service is PLAIN awful and they say one thing but never fully explain, I called customer service and he put me In "queue" to speak to his supervisior, I GET TO NUMBER 1 and all of a sudden he says Oo my supervisor has an urgent call can we call you back, waited for 4 hours no call. I think he lied just to avoid my complaint. MADE ME SICK that Fido actually allow there employees to do such shady stuff.
We always aim to provide a positive customer service experience and we're sad to read that this wasn't the case when you last contacted us.
Contacting the Office of the President is definitely an option however the escalation path does have to be followed as they are the final step.
