I received an email showing a negative bill total from an account which had been closed. I've also closed my bank account which I used to make this payment back then, so how could I claim the refund. I'm currently overseas and I don't have access to my bank and the cancelled fido account anymore. Who should I contact to solve this issue or to arrange the refund to be sent to the address on file?

Fido will send the refund by cheque to the address on file, it usually takes 3 weeks from the date the final invoice was produced it can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Since you are out of the country you will need to contact customer service and let them know and Fido can mail the refund cheque to your international address.
