Not receiving verification emails

I ported two cell phone numbers from Koodo to Fido last Wednesday- Nov 24th. I cannot sign into my online banking anymore as neither one of the phones is able to receive security verification texts. I called and spoke to a technical specialist and was assured that the issue is a common one with ports and normally resolves itself in 24-72 hours. I am already beginning to regret moving to Fido.

Still can't receive security verification emails from CIBC and Simplii. Called tech support yesterday and they are suppose to get back within 48hrs. Haven't heard back yet. This doesn't look promising. I need to pay my bills and receive those security codes to sign into my online banking.
