I am unable to receive SMS verification codes on my phone. I have a regular mobile phone plan, I've tried turning WiFi off and double checked my SMS setting on my phone but I still cannot receive them. So far I haven't been able to receive them from Simplii Financial and Door Dash. Any ideas?
If you are unable to send text messages to a short code, or receive text messages from a short code, it may not be provisioned in Canada by the CWTA. The CWTA maintains the list of approved and active codes allowed on our network. Check out the list of approved and active short codes here.
