Not honouring the inital chat specialist who offered a $34/month plus tax plan for 50gigs and unlimited calling and text. Also stated that the $60 activation fee would be credited back during the 2nd and 3rd month.
Plan included two credits.
When i received the bill only one of the credits was applied.
I have a copy of the chat transcript that clearly states that the plan would be $34/month and now after being on a call for over an hour staff is saying they cannot offer the additional credit.
This is the worst service I have recived for being a new customer.
