Nonsense increased bills

I am wondaring why fido always add more than bill necessary.  This month I didn't make any international bills and my bill increased by $5.50 as a name of intrrnational calls. As being a student its way more for me. If fido cannot fix it then I am done with fido. Its too much. We have to work for money. Money doesn't come that easily.

  Sorry to hear you've incurred unexpected long-distance charges. The mobile providers only know usage. I understand you don't believe you made any International calls, however, if the calls are on the system, they would have been made using your SIM card.


  Have you had a chance to view the details of your bill? You can do so via your My Account --> View & Manage bill. From your Bill overview, you can View and/or Save a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should be able to view additional charges online through the Usage summary. The call(s) incurring those charges should be listed.


  As mentioned, I understand you don't believe you made any International calls. Is it possible some of your calls were made to an US area code? Since both Canada and US use the same numbering system, the numbers appear very similar. You can view Canadian area codes here.
