Hi, I had changed plan recently and after changing I realize that I am no longer getting any exclusive offers and plans. I tried calling Cust care several times but they only say it comes randomly. Can someone tell me how do you get the exclusive offers?

If you do not have any exclusive offers at the moment it means the system did not target you as yet. You will have to wait until it does since you change your plan it could be the system is relearning your usage habits before it generates new offers.
