I tried to purchase a new phone back in November during the black Friday sale. However the phone was sold out and was never sent out to me.
I have tried to cancel the pending upgrade on my account almost weekly since then and no one at fido customer service seems to be able to help.
At this point I am getting very frustrated and I am debating on going to another carrier, even though I have been with Fido since 2008.
please can someone assist and remove that pending upgrade off my account?
