My phone worked fine yesterday, today it has no bars all day and when I log-in to my account on fido it says my account has been cancelled. I never cancelled. This must be some Fido glitch, has this happened to others?
That's definitely odd. It doesn't seem to be a glitch from what we know as it is also affecting your network. I suggest that you get in touch with our customer care team so they can check out what happened to your account!
