I have had bought service for the last 24 hours. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Just to clarify: did you activate your phone in the last 24h?
Have you had any service since your activation?
If so, I'd simply suggest to try a quick power-cycle, to see if that helps
(Turn the phone Off, remove the SIM card, put it back in, turn the phone back On)
If not though, let me know and I'll send you a PM so we can look into this!
