Monopolistic business model run bad. No functional redundancies for a critical service is literally unacceptable in this day and age.

Despite very limited options in a collusion communication sector, and after 2 decades of loyalty ( that's worth zilch anyway this days) I will change to a more reliable, internal schism free provider.

It's incredible. And we're not at war.

The 2021 fiasco is again repeated and Rogers customers are left without service for a whole day. And what was offerred? Like 2021: A feeble excuse, an insincere apology, and an insulting compensation offer of a couple of dollars for a whole business day lost.
I will again refuse any compensation, and as soon as my contract is complete, will switch over to Bell. I'm fed up!
