Hey I have only two suggestions want to post here,
1, Customers should only pay 8 days bill for July because they only use your services 8 days so far.
2, please give your customers all the numbers they may need which is use for transfer to another company.

The 2021 fiasco is again repeated and Rogers customers are left without service for a whole day. And what was offerred? Like 2021: A feeble excuse, an insincere apology, and an insulting compensation offer of a couple of dollars for a whole business day lost.
I will again refuse any compensation, and as soon as my contract is complete, will switch over to Bell. I'm fed up!
