No exclusive offer for several months and keep getting this message saying something went wrong on Fido's end. Have tried calling fido and they said they can't see anything through the system. Also said that the exclusive was ramdomly offered to selected lines, so want me too wait to see if the line I owned will be ramdomly selected. 

 

Now its been more than 3 months, and all other 2 lines within this same account has been offered several different exclusive offers except this old (2011) phone line.  

Very very disappointed ~~~

Hey @Kev07, Exclusive offers are unique to specific groups of customers only.
These offers and plans can be targeted based on numerous factors like usage type, your location, the amount of usage, the price you pay for services, etc.
