Regular tests are conducted across the country throughout the year to practice and enhance the processing and deployment of emergency alerts. We’re reviewing why some of our wireless customers in Ontario did not receive a notification. We know customers expect to receive emergency alerts and we’ll continue working to ensure all our customers receive the alerts as designed.
