I never get any service when Im outside of Canada or US. I thought maybe it was because I was using old phones, but I have a brand new Samsung 10+ and Im in Mexico and I have no service. I thought about switching carriers, but decided to I will probably switch carriers next time.

  Welcome to the community and Happy New Year!


  Hmm, that's strange! You should be able to use your services outside of Canada or the US. Mexico is even covered with Fido Roam (see here). In addition, your new phone should be compatible with the networks in Mexico.


  Does your phone receive any signal at all?


  Have you verified that your account does not have any International roaming blocks placed on it?

You might consider contacting customer service so they can access your account to determine whether there are any roaming blocks on your account. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they have verified some information, they can also access your account.
