New phone plan BYOP ?

I’m looking to start a new plan as mine is over and can’t understand why existing customers are not offered at least the same price as new customers for plans!

as an example 8 gigs for $55 for new customer and $65 for me

or on my app I’m being offered 10 gigs for $71 vs 65$ for new customer?

why not give your existing customers the same or better?

Re: New phone plan BYOP ?

Hello @Ms5star1

Did you verify if it's the same subsidy tier you're looking at? For example, you might be getting a better plan with a different subsidy tier, that means you'd be getting a phone at a better monthly price than a new customer.

If you're looking at an in-market Bring Your Own Phone plan, while on your account you're looking at a Small, Medium or Large plan that's a different story. Smiley
