I placed an order online this past sunday afternoon (Dec 18th) to order a new phone and changed to a new plan but haven't received an email confirmation.
Upon logging out and then back in I can see the plan was changed.
Two days later and still no email.
Already checked the junk/spam/trash folders. How long does it typically take?
I would like to make sure that the phone order is actually in the system as I know the plan was already swtiched.
Hi @justin8456 , welcome to the community. I think you won't get another email until your phone is ready to ship. You could always check with a Fido customer service representative to see if they have any news on it. They can look at your account for you ,but until your device is ready to ship I don't think you will be receiving any notifications. Please check Here for the different ways to contact Fido's support
