New phone after losing mine

I lost my phone couple days ago,  just received my new cell phone today and I am not able to activate my new Sim card, I can only use my phone trough the wifi. How can I fix it ? Thank you very Michel.

Welcome to the community!

 

You will need the old SIM card number when updating the SIM online since you lost the old one you will need to contact customer service and they will be able to update the SIM for you. You can reach out to them through any of the available methods listed here.
