New Simcard doesn't work

Hello, Anyone has problem with the new Sim Card from Fido? 

I ordered my new number online and received the new simcard by mail. 

The instruction said the simcard is automatically activated but it's been 2 days, my phone still hasn't got any network signal.

today I've waited hours on phone and FB messenger chat to ask for solution but no luck. 

Do you know how to activate the simcard or anything I can do?

Thank you for the details. 

 

The sim is indeed already activated when you receive it. Did you check if the sim was inserted correctly?

My simcard got activated on that day after I finally reached out a CS. It took few hours waiting on the phone, but after all so far so good.
