Negative balance

I see a negative balance in this month bill. I would request you to please clarify how there is a nagative balance, may be since I had a referral but that is not mentioned in the generated bill.

  Welcome to the community!


  As already mentioned, it appears as though you've received a credit or you have made payments of more than you owed. Have you viewed the billing details on your bill? You can do so via My Account --> Billing & Payments. From there, you can Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to view the details online under Other charges and credits.
