I attempted to upgrade my phone through a web promotion, but the payment didn't go through and the website notified me that my card wouldn't be charged. I then woke up to an email regarding a payment I made but there are no details as to what the payment was for and now I have a negative account balance. Was the payment for upgrading my phone?
