Hi, 

 

I have a negative account balance and i changed my address. How do i get my money back?

Hey @Saraniad,

 

A negative amount on the account is usually an over-payment and appears as a credit on your next invoice. If you're no longer with Fido and have received your final invoice with that amount, I invite you to contact us through these channels so we can modify the address on the account and send you a refund cheque.
