Name Change with Fido

I am in the process of legally changing my name, how would I go about changing my account info with Fido after I get my forms from the government? Would I just need to call into Fido support, or is there another process?

Hello KayleighWard,

 

  As far as I am aware, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. You will likely be required to mail or fax your documents to Fido (see here).
