Sounds like you need to goto a location and talk to a real person. I just got an amazing deal by visting a location and talking to the rep. If you don't like the rep your talking to go on a different day or visit a different location.Cheers,

Changing it through the MY ACCOUNT selection isn't all that easy and so I ended up with a Live Chat agent and am getting my firsrt name changed... again... yes... I'm on my second try of getting this done...ugh
