MyAccount Issue

I had Fido number two years back and had MyAccount too. Then I switched to Telus, and now I am back with Fido. Please note number remained the same. 


I used the same mail id this time around as well when I changed it, Fido but the app still showing my two years old account. 

I registered a new mail id then, but you can't view my bill, and it says it's visible to the primary account holder, my mail id. 


Can we link both account cz number is the same so that I can see my bill.

It sounds like you are registered as a subscriber rather than an account holder.

You would need to contact customer service to change your account status and remove the email currently associated with your account.
