i dont know how but my plan gets changed last month. I realized it when i got my new bill which includes extra 85+ charges for calling to India.
Can i cancel this plan and get back to my previous one that offerred me 1000 international calling?

What do you mean by that? Did you change your plan? If you change your plan to another one that does not offer the 1000min international call then you will not be able to change back if that plan is no longer available.
It is also possible you have the 1000min for a certain period and it has expired now, you can go through fido.ca and try changing your plan and see if any of the current plans offer the 100min if not you will need to contact customer service and they can let you know what other options you have.
