My second line not added after multiple calls and follow up, its month 2

Since 2 month I'm keep calling customer care provided all the information still they have not added my additional lines. Customer care service were poor, there were no follow up.On each call to customer care I had spend more than 1 hrs, still no results.

If its not handle promptly, i will start  post maybe on twitter and Facebook now. 

 

I'm existing customer, request for additional line. Following are details :

Still no update, now its more than 2 month my request pending with Fido.

Let me know what's the issue for port-in from bell.
