About 5 days ago, there was an unauthorized transaction on my account. Someone opened a new line on my account and ordered a new phone. I don't know who did it, but it's definitely not me.
I called Fido support. I was told that the fraude departement would call me back in 72 hours maximum. However, it has been more than 3 days since I called. What should I do?
