Hey,

 My account was suspended.. two days ago i paid my invoice stilll my phone is not working! what can i do ?

Hey amal94,

 

It depends which method of payment you used to restore your line. The only method of payment that would post to your account immediately would be by credit card.

 

For example, a payment made via online banking or through a bank teller can take up to 5 days to post to your account. A payment made in a Fido store can take up to 24 hours.

 

You can always dial *28 to hear your balance as well as the last payment information.
