Am wondering why the multi-line discont has not yet been applied to my account. Have had multiple line for over 4 months now and still no discount.

Same issue for me!
I've had a second line for quite a few months now and I don't see the 10% discount despite being told about it at the kiosk and when finalizing the 2nd line with customer service. Would someone be able to look into this?
