Multi-line discount - 10% not applied

Hello-

 

Am wondering why the multi-line discont has not yet been applied to my account.  Have had multiple line for over 4 months now and still no discount.

You're totally right. 

 

I have to correct myself on this one. 

 

The 10% discount will be applied right away for a new 2nd line activation.

Same issue for me! Sad

 

I've had a second line for quite a few months now and I don't see the 10% discount despite being told about it at the kiosk and when finalizing the 2nd line with customer service.  Would someone be able to look into this?

The 10% 2nd line discount should be applied 90 days following your activation.

 

We can verify your account together to see what happened.

@FidoKenny when did it change to 90 days for the second line discount? From my own personal experience the 10% discount always gets applied right away and the referral credit gets applied 90 days after.
