Moved and need to cancel account

Hi!

 

I went back to my country end of June, 

I was wondering how to cancel my phone plan over seas??

 

I do not want to continue paying for the service i dont use:(

I'm sad to see you're going to be leaving us. An account cancellation has to be done directly on our end through customer support. There's a few ways to reach us which you can check out here

Hello!
I have a similar problem with my cancellation. I returned to my country on July 7. That same day I called 611 to cancel the service. But one week later, I received an invoice for the entire month and no news of the cancellation.
I was wondering how to cancel my phone plan. How can I do?
I do not want to continue paying for the service that I'm not using.

For cancellation, you can refer to @FidoPierre's reply and to the link he added.

 

When you called 611, did you talk to an agent and confirmed the cancellation of the line?

 

Do you see any "Final bill" mention on the invoice you received?
