Monthly discount removed after upgrade to new plan

I had a 2GB plan with a $10 monthly discount for 12 months begining Feb 2021, which is now removed from my account after I upgraded to the 15GB plan. Is it possible to add the monthly discount back? Change confirmation # is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I alreade sent a DM to @FidoSolutions but their reply asked me to post the question here.

Thanks for the reply. I guess with Fido there is not much of a gurantee on anything, be it service, added discount, or anything else.

When doing a plan change any bonus or credits is automatically take off automatically. You can try to contact customer service directly to see if there is anything they can do for you but there is no guarantee.
