Monthly data add on

I have a monthly data addon of 15 dollars for 1 Gb that I cannot find where to remove. 


I texted "CANCEL" and sent it to 222 and it replied: "Sorry! You don't currently have a monthly data add-on".

Please help me resolve this problem.

Data Top-Ups can be removed by texting CANCEL to 222 the change take effect on the first day of your next billing cycle.


If you have a monthly add-on you will need to contact customer support and they can remove it.
