I stop use the line since september 7 i was a tourist and i return back to my country i use the line temprary , why untill today i get invoice , itry to contact the company many time but i failed

When contacting us, were you able to speak with an agent to request the deactivation of your service or did all your attempts fail? To clarify, if we don't receive the request, no changes will be made on your account and your line will remain active.
