Not receive text messages from bank account

Why I can't get text messages from Ukrainian banks? I was speaking with them and they said it's problem with my my cellphone operator. Could you fixtures it?

Are the text messages coming from a short code number?

If yes, they would have to be listed on the short code program approved by The Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA) to be delivered.

You can check out the list of programs here.

If it's not listed, then the text messages sent from the short code won't be delivered to your Canadian number.
